OmniSchool helps parents, guardians and authorised staff manage school services. Children’s information is managed by schools and authorised adults.

Information we use

We handle account and contact details, student records and photos, meals, payments, drop-off and pickup records, messages, and basic app and device information. This comes from you, your school and service providers.

How we use and share it

We use information to provide school services, send updates, offer support and keep accounts safe. Access is limited to authorised users. We share information as needed with your school and providers for hosting, payments and communications, or where required by law. Providers may process information outside your country.

Online payments are handled by Paystack. We do not sell personal information or display advertisements.

Your permissions

Camera access is used to scan QR codes; camera video is not saved or uploaded. Notifications are optional. Codes and images are shared only when you choose.

Keeping and deleting information

We use safeguards to protect information. Records are kept while needed for school services, safety, accounting or legal requirements.

You can request access, corrections or account and data deletion through our privacy support form. Some school records may need to be retained. Removing a saved school or uninstalling the app does not delete your account or school records. See our deletion instructions.

We may update this policy. The date above shows the latest version.
